When presented with a challenging, awkward space, it can often be tricky for tenants to visualise the finished space. But we saw the vision. An awkward suite doesn’t have to be a closed door, it’s an opportunity. 

CDT were appointed to design & build a CatA+ workspace for potential tennats to move straight in. We delivered a turnkey solution that consisted of a full furniture installation, stylish breakout area, kitchen fit-out and bespoke joinery booths for a little bit of privacy. And due to the high open ceilings, we provided acoustic solutions throughout to ensure a great tenant experience.  The end result? A space that works well and looks great - a win-win in our eyes.
